Each equity share of Rs.5/- of the Company was sub-divided into 5 equity shares of Rs.1/- each on March 24,2006. Accordingly, credit was given to the shareholders holding shares in electronic segment on March 25, 2006 and new certificates were sent to other shareholders who surrendered existing share certificates.
Any member who has not received the sub-divided shares, may write to the Registrar & Share Transfer Agent (RTA) of the Company.
Members may kindly note that subsequent to sub-division, old share certificates of Rs. 5/- each have ceased to be operative and tradable. As such members holding share certificates of Rs. 5/- each are requested:
Not to sell/tender the old share share certificates for demat, and
To forward the same to the Company's RTA at the address mentioned below for release of new share certificates there against :
Members holding share certificates of Ramganga Fertilisers Ltd. and / or VAM Organis Chemicals Ltd. are requested to forward the same to the RTA at the address mentioned above for release of sub-divided share certificates of Rs.1/- each of Jubilant Organosys Limited there against.
Not to sell/tender the old share share certificates for demat, and
