Investors Grievance Committee
The Committee has been formed to approve the matters relating to allotment of securities, issue duplicate certificates, transfer of shares, review of redressal of investors' grievances etc.

Composition
The Committee comprises of 2 Non Executive Director and 1 Executive Director viz. Mr. H.K.. Khan, Mr. Bodhishwar Rai and Mr S.N.Singh, Executive Director. Company Secretary of the Company is also the Secretary of the Committee.
